Direct Billing Available

We offer direct billing to many major insurance providers to help make your visit as smooth and convenient as possible.

Please bring your insurance information to your appointment. Coverage varies depending on your individual plan, and direct billing approval is determined by your insurance provider at the time of submission.

If direct billing is unavailable or not approved, payment is due at the time of your appointment. A receipt will be provided so you can submit it to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Appointment Types

  • 60 minutes

    A comprehensive assessment for new patients or new injuries. This visit includes a review of your health history, a physical examination, and a discussion about your treatment plan. Treatment may begin during the visit if appropriate.

  • 30 minutes

    A follow-up treatment visit for patients who have already completed an assessment or reassessment. These visits focus on continuing your care plan and may include chiropractic adjustments, manual therapy, rehabilitation exercises, and other therapeutic techniques based on your needs.

  • 45 minutes

    A longer follow-up treatment visit for patients who have already completed an assessment or reassessment. This option provides more time for continued care and may include chiropractic adjustments, manual therapy, rehabilitation exercises, and other therapeutic techniques based on your needs.

  • 15 minutes

    A brief visit intended for patients requiring a focused chiropractic adjustment. These appointments are suitable for patients with an existing care plan who require a quick treatment session.

  • 45 minutes

    A reassessment is used to review your progress and update your treatment plan. Your chiropractor will re-evaluate your symptoms, movement, and functional abilities to determine how you are responding to care.
