Getting to Motion Mindset

Motion Mindset is located at 467 Westney Road South, Unit 11 in Ajax. We are located south of Bayly in the business plaza near the Tim Horton’s. Our clinic is located inside the Reborn Beauty Suites building on the ground floor. You can park directly in front of the building. When you arrive, ring the white doorbell and Dr. Humphries will meet you to bring you inside.

Where to Park

When you arrive, please park in the front parking area directly in front of the Reborn Beauty Suites building.

From there, you can walk directly to the main entrance (Unit 11 on the door) and ring the doorbell.

Entering the Building

When you arrive at the Reborn Beauty Suites building, please ring the white doorbell.

Once you buzz in, Dr. Humphries will help you into the building.

2.Walk to the main entrance (Unit #11).

3.Ring the white doorbell by pressing and holding the button for a few seconds.

4.Dr. Humphries will meet you at the front entrance to help you into the clinic.
