Your initial appointment includes a comprehensive assessment of your history, movement patterns, joint mobility, and goals. If appropriate, treatment may begin the same day. You will leave with a clear plan and next steps.

Initial assessments are typically 45-60 minutes. Follow-up visits are usually 30 minutes, allowing time for both hands-on care and movement-based rehabilitation.

It is completely normal to feel nervous, especially if you are new to chiropractic care or unsure what to expect. At Motion Mindset, treatment is always guided by your comfort level. We take time to explain what we are doing, why we are doing it, and what options are available before beginning care.
Chiropractic treatment does not have to involve adjustments. Care may include gentle hands-on therapy, mobility work, soft tissue treatment, stretching, exercise rehabilitation, posture and movement coaching, and other approaches designed to help your body move better.
Some techniques may feel tender when working on sensitive muscles or irritated areas, but your comfort will always guide the pace and approach of treatment. You are always in control, and we will adapt your care based on what feels right for you.
